DESCRIPTION:The Wanganui Harrier Club is pleased to be holding the 2020 Opening Day\, this Saturday the 6th of June at 1:30pm. \nAs NZ is still at Alert Level 2\, we will be taking the following precautions: \n\nAnyone (runners/walkers/helpers/spectators) who intends to be at the Opening Day on Saturday needs to pre-register via this link –  Pre-Registration Form\n\nAfter registering\, you will be issued with a number. Please remember this number. Competitors will call out their number when crossing the finish line.\n\nNumbers are limited to 100. If it looks like we are going to be above 100\, we will split the group and contact people regarding adjusted meeting times.\n\nHand sanitiser will be provided and all will be asked to use it upon arrival at Victoria Park.\n\nPlease do not go into the clubrooms unless it is essential. The weather forecast for Saturday is wet and cold\, so please dress accordingly.\n\nPhysical distancing is encouraged.\n\nPlease do not attend if you are feeling unwell.\n\nCough or sneeze into your elbow. Avoid touching your face.\n\nWe will not have our traditional shared afternoon tea. After the event\, the club will have a snack and drink available for you.
